We use a Taiwan standard two-pin plug.
Depending on your country, you may need to purchase an additional plug adapter for use.



International Shipping, Duties & Returns Policy

Shipping & Duties (DAP)

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place, duties unpaid) terms.

According to the regulations of your destination country, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, VAT/GST, or other customs clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid directly to local customs authorities or the shipping carrier.


International Returns & Exchanges

International orders are not subject to Taiwan’s 7-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.


If your item arrives with a defect or shipping damage, please provide clear photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery for review.

For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons, all international shipping costs (both directions), duties, taxes, and handling fees must be fully covered by the customer.
